Yes we are an authorized retailer of all of the name brand designers carried on our website. We will NEVER carry any fake or imitations. In fact, if you do find any online retailer and suspicious of them being fake, please contact us and we will work with our vendors to get rid of them. It's these bad stores that give us the bad name on the Internet. |

As you all aware, eCommerce is a next cornerstone of doing business online. We are able to provide you with the discounted prices compared to retailer prices becuase of much lower overhead. But you can rest assured that we will provide you with the utmost customer service.

What is the normal delivery time for orders?
|
Dresses order are specified in details in each products. They are different in every designers so please take special attention to it when ordering. But they are ranging from 10-14 weeks. But others have 1-2 weeks delivery without any additional charge. Rush and Super rush are available for sooner delivery for an additional fee. Other items such as undergarments, jewelries, shoes are typically delivered withint 2-3 business days. |
What is your return policy? |
As we carry variety products on our storefront. It becomes complicated to come up with an uniformed return policy. But please see our Return Policy for more detailed information. |
Is it possible to try-on or see the gowns before I order?

Most of the Designers websites provide the colors sample on their website. But if you wish to see the color of your choice physically, you can either contact your local retailer or we can send one to you for a minimal cost. Please contact us for more info. |
How do I order? |
We offer many easy ways for you order. You can either call us directly, fax in the order, U.S. mail, and online ordering. Orders can be placed on our website using our secure online order form which allows you to make your payment online.

What are my payment choices? |
The payment of your order is due in full at the point of purchase. We do also offer lay-away plan for bride who wishes to put the amount over time. Please see our 'lay-away plan' for more info.
Just Pretty Store accepts all major credit cards including Visa, MasterCard, Discover, and American Express.

Is there a charge for sales tax? |
There is no charge for sales tax on all orders shipped outside the state of New York. New York customers are charged 8.375% sales tax. |
How do I decide what size to order?
|
Every manufacturer have their own size chart. Please see Size Charts on our site directly under each item details. It is important that you follow the individual designer's chart to decide your size. Also Keep in mind that the measurements are taken to determine the closest size to be ordered and that the garment will not be custom-made to the exact measurements. Almost every gown will need some type of adjustment.
The customer is responsible for the size ordered and or whether or not to order special length. We cannot assume any responsibility for measurements. We are unable to assist in measurements or the selection of a size. |
Can I order fabric? |
Yes we do accept fabric orders in for every designers. The minimum amount to order is 1 yard. To place a fabric order, please email us for the quote. Please be aware that fabric orders are not cut at the same time as the dress order and may be cut from a different bolt of material, which can result in dye lot variation. |
How will I be notified of my order status? |
We contact our customers by email at different points of the order process. The first email is sent immediately after an order is submitted to confirm your order is placed. The next email is sent 4-5 business days thereafter to confirm your order has been placed with the designer and will include the estimated shipping of your order to our location. A shipping confirmation email will be sent when your order is shipped from our location and will include the tracking number. You can also email us at any given points to check on the status. |
How come you can't provide an exact shipping date instead of an estimated shipping date? |
We do not guarantee their ship dates since manufacturer production can vary. Ship dates are tentative and subject to change. But will notify you right away if there is any change during the process. |
Do you ship Internationally? |
Yes we do ship Worldwide! International orders are sent via the United States Post Office Priority Mail International or Express Mail International method. Shipping charges are dependent on the postal code and will display during the online ordering process. Please note that we are not responsible for any customs or duty charges a country may impose on the receiver of the package. |
How long is the delivery your location to me? |
A typical orders shipping time takes 5-7 business days for domestic delivery. However, this will change as you selected different level of shipping methods which you will find in the ordering process. International delivery can take 7 � 14 days for delivery, again it changes if you select different shipping methods. |
Can I pick up my order at one of your stores?

Yes you may. Just state that in the order or email us and we can have it ready for you and have you come to pick it up. |
Can I have alterations at your store?
|
Yes we do provide alterations for online orders for customers. But please understand that the charge and fee will depend on the amount of work needed to be done on the dress. |
Do you carry any other designers that I'm interested in?

We offer only the designers we feature on our website. If a designer is not posted, it most likely means we do not offer the collection online at this time. However, We do periodically add new designers and collections to our website. Please feel free to contact us and let us know which designer you are looking for if you don't see it.

Are these worn/used dresses?
|
All gowns and products we offer are NEW and direct from the designer. If the item is worn or used, we will EXPLICITLY state it in the detailed page.

Is my purchase secure over the internet?

Your purchase is totally secure with us. All your sensitive information is transmitted with 128 bit encryption directly thru PayPal/Google Checkout to your credit card company. No one ever sees your credit card information. We only see your your name, items on your order and shipping address only.
