style in the beginning. As we can't accept any return, exchange,
or issues refunds. All sales are FINAL. We
carefully inspect every order to ensure that the dress is
exactly what you ordered and in absolutely perfect condition
before it is shipped to you. However, if you do find any flaw or
damage upon inspecting the time, you have 2 business days from
the delivered date to let us know so we can work with you on the
issue immediately. You must provide us with with a digital
picture of the damage or flaw in question and
email
it us along with your order # and contact information. You
also need to return the item to us at your expense. We will
re-inspect the merchandise and if the flaw or defect is found
and confirmed, we will contact the manufacturer and expedite a
replacement or repair for you right away. All expenses will be
covered by us, including your return shipping charges. However,
if the item is found to be non-defective, the item will be
returned to you and you will be charged for the shipping to
return the item to you and we will not refund the return
shipping charges.
All Shoes & Handbags Yes we do accept exchanges and returns. If you are not completely satisfied with the products, please feel free to contact us and we will do whatever we can to straighten out the issue with you. However, if you are still prefer to, we will gladly take them back and either refund you the cost of the item, exchange for another one (one-time), or give you a store credit for future purchases. Please understand that the shipping fee will not be refundable so as the fees to ship the items back, unless it's our mistakes or faults. Actual shipping charge will be deducted when item was purchased under the FREE SHIPING promotion. Items have to be in it's original form, not used, or worn. All packaging materials and boxes have to be returned together in order to qualify for the full refund. If not, a 15% restocking fee applies. You have to contact us within 2 days of receiving your products and provide us the return tracking numbers. To avoid soiling your shoes, please use socks or nylons while testing for fit. Also, we recommend that you try them on a carpeted floor to minimize scuffing the sole. This policy applies to all EXCEPT for the following conditions - All dyed products such as shoes and handbags, special overnight delivered items, and special marked downs are not qualified for exchanges or refunds. Due to nature of the items and health reasons. All opened or worn items are not refundable. However, if there is a defective item or mistake on our end. We will more than happy to process the refund or exchange. |
